Clean hotel in a very comfortable building near to Birmingham airport, the train station via the shuttle bus and the terminal. Welcoming, polite staff, no complaint. The check out is easy.

It was reasonably priced. The stuff where courteous, the breakfast was above average and everything was great. I loved classic queen room. The bathroom was clean, also it included central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

Grand hotel, with super personnel. The location was picturesque, adjacent to the airport for early flight as well as free monorail. The room was tasteful and airy, I appreciated it. The service was thoughtful, I had 1 fine night here. Cool drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

Glorious staff and central location. Cheap unit with microwave and utensils. Food was pleasant, breakfast was extraordinary! Easy check-in, late check-out. Besides, we liked that we could park our car nearby. The whole experience was brilliant.

the breakfast was freshly prepared, the personnel was caring, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. got the same standard queen room booked online, liked that. interior was minimalist. perfect location, close enough to the airport as well as airport terminal, though the area itself was very noisy. we had a really comfortable 2 nights stay.
Communication was challenging, wi-fi connection was slow.
